General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The ultrasound indicates that you may have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) which can be associated with problems conceiving.

Clomiphene is given to help induce or cause ovulation and is one of the medications commonly used in PCOS.
It is still very possible that you will conceive.

I hope this helps
